In Central China orchards of Fuji apples are undergoing a full metamorphosis. Applefarmers are climbing into the trees repeatedly to wrap and unwrap each apple separately in and out of paper bags. This enormously labour-intensive work is done with an incredible amount of concentration, meditative.
